Return & Refund Policy

At Gayathri Atkar, every jewellery piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality.

Please read our policy below:

No Returns & No Exchanges

 • We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Refunds (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

 • Refunds are only applicable if the item received is damaged during shipping or incorrect.

• NOTE: Parcel Opening Video is mandatory - please record the full unboxing in one single take without any pause or cuts.

 • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos at support@gayathriatkar.com.

 • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Important Note

 • We do not provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preference.

 • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
