 • Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days across India.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

 • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

 • We are not responsible for lost packages once marked “delivered” by the courier, but we will assist in raising claims with the courier partner.

• NOTE: Parcel Opening Video is mandatory - please record the full unboxing in one single take without any pause or cuts.
